Quest Research Case Log: Bade’s Residence(Private Home) Mt. Carmel Ave. North Hills, PA 19038 These are the events leading up to and including the paranormal investigation performed by K.I.P. on 051130 beginning at 2314 o'clock. In the weeks prior to this investigation we conducted several over the phone interviews with (Female Resident). From these interviews we where able to determine that there was a potential child like entity active in the home. There where claims of foot steps at night, moving cold spots and physical interaction with this entity. There was also said to be objects moved at night. Upon arrival, we asked some casual questions to the entire family and some guest who claimed to have experienced these and similar activities. We gathered some more claims of physical interaction with the entity in the home. The investigators involved in this particular investigation are Luke Stone, Raymond Smith, and Andrew Huntsman. The weather was chilly and a bit damp. The area and location of the home was pretty quite for the most part with exception of some traffic noise and wind. On this case we used a 4 channel DVR system, 2 IR cameras, Digital camera, IR thermometer, EMF and 3 digital recorders. After the stationary audio and video where set up we began our official investigation. Audio went live at 2330 o'clock. We did our initial sweeps with audio, thermal and EMF. We noticed some external conditions that could possible effect the EMF sweeps but up n this first run the team was able to maintain a steady normal reading in the home and determined that the outside factors had no effect on our instruments. By 2350 we had our video go live and where well into our investigation. At approximately 2400 we where catching some cold spots around the couch and recliner. These cold spots where accompanied with some slight EMF spikes. As we continued into the investigation through out the night we where able to capture cold spots along with slight EMF spikes. At times these anomalies where in the same time the client had claimed to feel the entity contacting her. Between the minutes of 2430 and 2436 o'clock we where able to capture the most fluctuation with our instruments. The client claimed to have the entity laying on the bed with her and we where able to notice a slight drop of temperature from the area directly behind her to the rest of the surrounding area. Immediately following that we had several spikes on the EMF to a 5.5 or better. At the precise moment one of the clients pets, a cat, hissed for undetermined reasons. At 2450 o'clock we had the most notable activity at best when the client was interacting with the entity and we had a temperature drop of 20 degrees in the area of her hands where the activity was taking place. We where not able to capture an EMF that went along with this fluctuation but the temperature drop from 79 to 83 degrees dropped to 62 degrees at the exact point of the alleged contact and went back to the higher readings we where receiving around the spot. The rest of the investigation went fairly smooth and rather quite as we debunked several of the claims of activity the family was having. There was the claim of the child like entity walking across the floor in front of the master bedroom at night. We where able to watch the larger of the 2 cats walk across the floor boards and make a very similar sound to a child tip toeing across the floor. In the 2 boys room there was the claim of a moving cold spot moving up the body. After I(Luke) entered the room about 0145 o'clock to take some EVP and get the feel for the home. As I was sitting on the bed I felt a cold breeze move across my chest and began to search for the cause of the cold. The windows proved to be rather drafty and the curtain was swaying slightly in the breeze from the drafty window. There were a few claims that we where not able to recreate or debunk. One of the events was the child like entity would jump on the bed and tug at the covers. We where unable to prove or disprove this. There was also the rattling perfume bottles that we have no explanation for. After we returned home we went over the evidence very thoroughly several times. We where not able to capture any quality audio, or video evidence from our recordings. After we returned we also got notice of more aggressive and serious activity taking place in the home and centered around the female client. We conducted a short interview over the phone regarding this new development and learned that some information had been omitted fro our first set of interviews. Based on what we where able to capture, we must conclude that a strange and unexplainable event happened with the drastic temperature drop, but other than that we conclude that our evidence shows no signs of paranormal activity. At this time, the case is being handed over to unknown investigators that are closer in proximity. The client has tried contacting priest and psychics to help in the situation. We can not comment any further at this time. That concludes our report on this investigation of the private residence in Glenside, PA.
